1 Warranty Coverage Scope

This warranty applies exclusively to LED display systems and signage products ("Products") purchased directly from Signage Studio Inc. ("Signage Studio") during the active warranty term. Products acquired through unauthorized channels or third-party resellers are not eligible under this warranty agreement.

Important: Please retain your warranty certificate and purchase documentation as proof of coverage. These documents are required for all warranty claims and service requests.

2 Warranty Duration

The warranty term is defined in your specific purchase agreement or sales contract. Coverage commences from the date of product delivery and installation completion. Ensure you keep your warranty documentation and contract details accessible for reference throughout the warranty period.

3 What's Covered

Products must be installed and operated in strict accordance with the installation guidelines and operational instructions provided in the product documentation. Signage Studio Inc provides warranty coverage for manufacturing defects, material faults, and quality issues that occur during normal, proper use of the Products.

Coverage Includes: Manufacturing defects, material quality issues, component failures under normal operating conditions, and workmanship-related problems that arise during the warranty period.

4 Warranty Service Options

4.1 Remote Technical Assistance (No Charge)

Our technical support team provides complimentary remote assistance via phone, email, and online communication platforms to resolve common technical challenges, including:

  • Signal and power cable connection troubleshooting
  • Software configuration and parameter adjustments
  • System interface and control software guidance
  • Component replacement instructions (modules, power supplies, control cards)
  • Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting support

4.2 Factory Repair Services

When remote support cannot resolve the issue, factory repair services are available:

  • Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, and clearance fees for sending products or components to our service facility
  • Return Shipping: Signage Studio Inc covers one-way freight costs when returning repaired items to customers
  • Shipping Requirements: All returns must be pre-authorized. Collect-on-delivery shipments will be refused. Customers must ensure proper packaging to prevent transit damage
  • Liability Limitation: Signage Studio Inc is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging or shipping mishandling

4.3 On-Site Technical Service

For qualifying warranty issues, complimentary on-site technical service may be provided at Signage Studio's Inc discretion:

  • Service Request: Customers must submit a comprehensive fault report including photographs, video documentation, fault frequency, and detailed problem descriptions
  • Qualification: On-site service is approved based on the severity and nature of the reported issue
  • Non-Warranty Issues: If on-site inspection determines the problem falls outside warranty coverage, customers will be charged for technician travel expenses and service fees per standard rates
  • Component Ownership: Any defective parts replaced by our technicians become property of Signage Studio Inc

5 Warranty Exclusions

Signage Studio Inc is not responsible for defects, malfunctions, or damage resulting from the following circumstances:

5.1 Consumable Components

Unless explicitly stated in writing, consumable items are excluded from warranty coverage, including but not limited to: connectors, network cables, fiber optic cables, power cords, signal cables, aviation plugs, and all wiring accessories.

5.2 Improper Use or Handling

  • Incorrect installation, operation, or maintenance procedures
  • Improper handling or transportation damage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Failure to follow product manual instructions

5.3 Unauthorized Repairs

Any disassembly, modification, or repair attempted without prior written authorization from Signage Studio Inc voids all warranty coverage.

5.4 Physical and Accidental Damage

  • Intentional damage or product misuse
  • Physical impact damage
  • Accidental damage from external sources
  • PCB defects or component damage from mishandling

5.5 Force Majeure Events

Damage caused by uncontrollable events including natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, lightning strikes, fires), extreme weather conditions, acts of war, or terrorism.

5.6 Environmental Non-Compliance

Products must be stored in dry, well-ventilated environments. Warranty is void for damage from:

  • Extreme temperature or humidity exposure
  • Salt spray or corrosive atmosphere exposure
  • Storage in sealed or confined spaces
  • Environmental conditions outside product specifications

5.7 Electrical Non-Compliance

  • Operation outside specified voltage ranges
  • Power surges or electrical spikes
  • Improper electrical supply conditions
  • Incompatible power infrastructure

5.8 Installation Non-Compliance

Defects arising from failure to adhere to installation specifications, technical guidelines, or safety precautions during setup.

5.9 Normal Wear and Degradation

  • Natural brightness and color degradation over time
  • Standard performance decline within normal parameters
  • Normal wear from regular use
  • Lack of required maintenance

5.10 Documentation and Identification Issues

  • Missing or invalid warranty documentation
  • Removed, damaged, or altered serial numbers
  • Damaged product housing or external components

5.11 Post-Warranty Period

Any service requests submitted after the warranty expiration date are subject to standard repair fees.

5.12 Third-Party Equipment

Malfunctions caused by incompatible playback devices, control systems, or equipment not supplied by Signage Studio Inc. Repairs necessitated by third-party equipment issues will incur standard service charges.

6 Warranty Service Process

6.1 Remote Support Request

Submit service requests through our website, email, or phone support with your warranty certificate or contract number. Include detailed service requirements and contact information.

6.2 Factory Repair Request

Initiate factory repair through our service channels with the following:

  • Warranty documentation and contract details
  • Detailed packing list of items being returned
  • Return shipping address information
  • Brief fault description (attach to returned items)
  • Complete return address for repaired products (company name, street address, recipient name, contact phone)

Packaging Requirements: Ensure all returned items are securely packaged to prevent transportation damage. Signage Studio Inc is not liable for damage occurring during shipment.

6.3 On-Site Service Request

Submit requests via our service channels including:

  • Warranty certificate or contract reference
  • Detailed service requirements
  • Installation site address
  • Primary contact information
  • Visa or travel documentation requirements (if applicable)

7 General Terms and Conditions

This warranty policy represents the standard terms for all Signage Studio Inc products. No third-party representatives, distributors, agents, or resellers are authorized to modify, extend, or create warranty terms different from this policy.

Unless explicitly confirmed by Signage Studio Inc through written contract or official documentation, any conflicting warranty terms or representations are considered null and void.

Final Interpretation: Signage Studio Inc. reserves the exclusive right to interpret and enforce all terms within this warranty policy. This document supersedes all prior warranty representations.
